The Shop House Barndominium

You asked, and we listened. We are proud to introduce The Shop House Barndominium. Barndominiums got their start as converted pole barns, but have rapidly evolved in the past few years. Many are still interested in converting a part of their pole barn into living space, but the issue that comes up with that is residential living codes. Our team worked hard to create the best of both worlds; our most common sized barn, but built using stud-frame construction on a residential slab featuring a customizable living space split from the shop area with a single firewall. Enjoy 1,000SF of studio-style living space and 1,400SF of work-ready shop space. This barndominium is as minimalist as possible to keep it economical, but our barndominium specialists are available to modify this home to fit your needs. This dream is now a permissible reality.
