The Franklin is both spacious and elegant. It has a 10’ wide rustic timber framed porch running the entire length of the front. Additionally, it has a two vehicle carport on one end, with a mud room and half bath right inside the door. The master suit is spacious in all ways, the kitchen has an attached pantry, and there is a dedicated laundry room. It even has a roomy office with a window to the front porch so you can enjoy nature while you work. The office has a small closet so it could be used as a bedroom if desired.
