The Troyer team is a first class operation. They have lots of building choices, fair prices and do good work. They built a 30x50x14 pole barn for me. It took them 4 days to build it. They started sooner than expected, were very respectful of my property and did what they said they would do. From the person who does the quoting, sends the contract, delivers the materials, does the site inspection to the guys that build they were all great. I highly recommend.

We have had several buildings put in by Troyer Post Buildings and all have been very well and professionally done. Johnny Troyer and his crew installed a 60 x 84 a few years ago which has been a great addition to our small farm. Recently their crews installed a 40 x 60 pole building for our livestock and a 20×24 hay shed.
Troyer and their crews always do a great job and provide quality materials at competitive prices.
We have recommended them to several of our friends as well as associates and will continue to refer them to anyone who inquires about our buildings or asks for recommendations.

I was referred to Troyer post buildings by a friend that had just had a building put up and at the time I was pricing out a red iron building , he had said what a painless experience it was and that I should give them a call . The gals that answer the phones were awesome and put me over to mark in the sales / design department. Mark was extremely helpful and had me a price right away which was nearly half of a red iron build ! Needless to say I signed the contract immediately. Time was also an issue as everyone knows how hard it is to get anything done during what we call the covid Era! Red iron was gonna be 6 months out minimum and mark promised a delivery date within about 30 to 45 days which my wife and I were thrilled with , materials showed up early if you can believe that ! Fast forward a mere week and Logan showed up with his amazing crew to begin construction. Watching those guys put up our building was an experience in itself , despite a couple bad weather days it could not have gone any smoother . They worked from dusk till dawn every day in less than ideal conditions without missing a beat . A couple minor hiccups with an entry door and a little bit of insulation that were handled immediately by mark and the crew with materials being delivered in both cases the next day with zero effect on the progression of the build . All and all the best experience of any major project I have commissioned. If you are in east Tennessee like we are or anywhere Troyer services we would highly recommend giving them a shot ! I am not a big review guy because I am in business for myself as well and so many people these days can’t wait to write a bad review whether it was warranted or not but rarely take the time to write a good one even if you saved them from a major headache that I have mixed feelings on the whole system we have become accustomed to today . Troyer / mark / Logan and crew / gals in the front answering the phones to all of you we thank you for an amazing experience and a beautiful finished product ! I wish I had the money and the need to build another one . Thank you all .

These guys and this company are great!!!! I wish everyone that we deal with were this dependable and talented. Daniel was the lead guy for our project. Our barn is about 3000 sq ft. Luckily we had perfect weather for the build. The four guys worked together like a well oiled machine. I have ordered 2 buildings in the past 3 months from Troyer Buildings. The first was a 30×30 3 sides enclosed. the experience from start to finish was awesome. The only small issue was when the materials got delivered there was a little damage to the metal but they replaced the metal no questions asked and no additional charge. The second was a 36×48 enclosed with 2 12×12 openings. Again a great experience all the way through. Everyone from the receptionist, the people who draw up the plans, and the crews do an outstanding job and are very easy to work with. We had foundation issues on our end and had to reschedule the materials delivery twice. Troyer had no problems and worked with us to get everything back on track. Both buildings were put up by the same crew (Jonathan Troyer is the crew chief) and each building took less than a day to complete. They showed up at 730 and were cleaned up and gone by 430-500. The crew left the area clean and trash free. Will definitely order my next one through them as well next summer. Great job…

Great experience overall. I ate lunch in my vehicle in order to experience the full heat of the day. The managers, Dan and Martin were both personable and hard working. The crew were dedicated and behaved like machines, unable to even consider resting for a moment. The owner of the business is known for his integrity and generosity. I highly recommend this business.

Troyer built a hay barn for me that I am very pleased with. From the outset of the first contact with them to the final finished product they were very professional keeping me updated as to delivery of materials, labor and any other changes that had to be made. I would like to give special recognition to Dale Howze and crew for the building construction. These guys did a very good job. From my experience, I would highly recommend Troyer for any building needs.
