I have ordered 2 buildings in the past 3 months from Troyer Buildings. The first was a 30×30 3 sides enclosed. the experience from start to finish was awesome. The only small issue was when the materials got delivered there was a little damage to the metal but they replaced the metal no questions asked and no additional charge. The second was a 36×48 enclosed with 2 12×12 openings. Again a great experience all the way through. Everyone from the receptionist, the people who draw up the plans, and the crews do an outstanding job and are very easy to work with. We had foundation issues on our end and had to reschedule the materials delivery twice. Troyer had no problems and worked with us to get everything back on track. Both buildings were put up by the same crew (Jonathan Troyer is the crew chief) and each building took less than a day to complete. They showed up at 730 and were cleaned up and gone by 430-500. The crew left the area clean and trash free. Will definitely order my next one through them as well next summer. Great job…

Troyer Builders had a 70 x 60 pole barn built took them three days think about that three days that’s how quick you can have your burn up if you go with them and their workers unpickable

Troyer Post Buildings was easy to work with from quoting to job completion. They showed up as promised, put up a shelter over an existing structure, and did an excellent job. Even with materials costs skyrocketing, they provided a quality structure for a good price. I received great value for money spent.

What a great experience! These guys did everything they said they would, correct and on time! The building materials are top quality and their install team is the best I have ever seen! They arrived at 7:15am as agreed and when they left at 4pm my 30 x 40 building was complete.
I highly recommend Troyer Post and would buy again.

Great experience! Entire build went smoothly. Building was delivered on time. Installation took two days and the install crew was awesome to deal with, they kept the site neat and clean during the entire build. I highly recommend Troyer Post Buildings.

These guys and this company are great!!!! I wish everyone that we deal with were this dependable and talented. Daniel was the lead guy for our project. Our barn is about 3000 sq ft. Luckily we had perfect weather for the build. The four guys worked together like a well oiled machine. I was referred to Troyer post buildings by a friend that had just had a building put up and at the time I was pricing out a red iron building , he had said what a painless experience it was and that I should give them a call . The gals that answer the phones were awesome and put me over to mark in the sales / design department. Mark was extremely helpful and had me a price right away which was nearly half of a red iron build ! Needless to say I signed the contract immediately. Time was also an issue as everyone knows how hard it is to get anything done during what we call the covid Era! Red iron was gonna be 6 months out minimum and mark promised a delivery date within about 30 to 45 days which my wife and I were thrilled with , materials showed up early if you can believe that ! Fast forward a mere week and Logan showed up with his amazing crew to begin construction. Watching those guys put up our building was an experience in itself , despite a couple bad weather days it could not have gone any smoother . They worked from dusk till dawn every day in less than ideal conditions without missing a beat . A couple minor hiccups with an entry door and a little bit of insulation that were handled immediately by mark and the crew with materials being delivered in both cases the next day with zero effect on the progression of the build . All and all the best experience of any major project I have commissioned. If you are in east Tennessee like we are or anywhere Troyer services we would highly recommend giving them a shot ! I am not a big review guy because I am in business for myself as well and so many people these days can’t wait to write a bad review whether it was warranted or not but rarely take the time to write a good one even if you saved them from a major headache that I have mixed feelings on the whole system we have become accustomed to today . Troyer / mark / Logan and crew / gals in the front answering the phones to all of you we thank you for an amazing experience and a beautiful finished product ! I wish I had the money and the need to build another one . Thank you all .
