While the master bedroom is smaller, it retains comfortability and connects to its own bathroom and walk in closet. The center of the building maximizes its space by combining the kitchen and living room in an open concept living area. They started sooner than expected, were very respectful of my property and did what they said they would do. From the person who does the quoting, sends the contract, delivers the materials, does the site inspection to the guys that build they were all great. I highly recommend.

I have ordered 2 buildings in the past 3 months from Troyer Buildings. The first was a 30×30 3 sides enclosed. the experience from start to finish was awesome. The only small issue was when the materials got delivered there was a little damage to the metal but they replaced the metal no questions asked and no additional charge. The second was a 36×48 enclosed with 2 12×12 openings. Again a great experience all the way through. Everyone from the receptionist, the people who draw up the plans, and the crews do an outstanding job and are very easy to work with. We had foundation issues on our end and had to reschedule the materials delivery twice. Troyer had no problems and worked with us to get everything back on track. Both buildings were put up by the same crew (Jonathan Troyer is the crew chief) and each building took less than a day to complete. They showed up at 730 and were cleaned up and gone by 430-500. The crew left the area clean and trash free. Will definitely order my next one through them as well next summer. Great job…
