In a nod to the bluegrass hills of Kentucky, we have modeled this after the popular monitor-style horse barns. When you step inside, you will be greeted with 18’ tall cathedral ceilings. The main floor has three bedrooms with two and a half baths, while the second floor has one bedroom and a full bathroom. In addition, there is room for an office and a den on the second floor, not to mention a nook at the top of the stairs where you can watch the sunrise or sunset. The large kitchen is fitted with an ensuite pantry that has room for its own cabinets and sink. The two porches give this beautiful classic build its final touch. You might consider adding a garage on the back side and connecting it to the house with a breezeway.

I have ordered 2 buildings in the past 3 months from Troyer Buildings. The first was a 30×30 3 sides enclosed. the experience from start to finish was awesome. The only small issue was when the materials got delivered there was a little damage to the metal but they replaced the metal no questions asked and no additional charge. The second was a 36×48 enclosed with 2 12×12 openings. Again a great experience all the way through. Everyone from the receptionist, the people who draw up the plans, and the crews do an outstanding job and are very easy to work with. We had foundation issues on our end and had to reschedule the materials delivery twice. Troyer had no problems and worked with us to get everything back on track. Both buildings were put up by the same crew (Jonathan Troyer is the crew chief) and each building took less than a day to complete. They showed up at 730 and were cleaned up and gone by 430-500. The crew left the area clean and trash free. Will definitely order my next one through them as well next summer. Great job…

Luckily we had perfect weather for the build. The four guys worked together like a well oiled machine. I called the next day and had a quote emailed later that afternoon. The quote was price competative so the next week I drove to their facility which was also impressive.
