The interior offers a main bedroom off of the open living, kitchen, and areas. The additional bedroom allows for a small family or working office. The mechanical closet can easily be converted into an extra storage closet or pantry if the investor chooses to convert to a mini split and on demand water heating units! Took team Logan 5 days to complete. One minor issue which was taken care of within 2 days of notification. Building is built top notch and the envy of most who have seen it. Would definitely recommend.

The quality and sturdiness of these buildings are head and heels above the metal building competition’s flimsy knock offs.
The best part of the experience is the work crew. Wesley and his crew took extra pains to make sure we were satisfied. They are very hard workers and I was able to communicate with them. Most companies workers have been unable to speak English but not these guys!

We just moved to TN and were struggling to find a builder to even get back with us in a reasonable timeframe, much less get a large horse barn built. It was a huge relief to find the awesome guys at Troyer who turned my vision for my dream barn into reality! I have ordered 2 buildings in the past 3 months from Troyer Buildings. The first was a 30×30 3 sides enclosed. the experience from start to finish was awesome. The only small issue was when the materials got delivered there was a little damage to the metal but they replaced the metal no questions asked and no additional charge. The second was a 36×48 enclosed with 2 12×12 openings. Again a great experience all the way through. Everyone from the receptionist, the people who draw up the plans, and the crews do an outstanding job and are very easy to work with. We had foundation issues on our end and had to reschedule the materials delivery twice. Troyer had no problems and worked with us to get everything back on track. Both buildings were put up by the same crew (Jonathan Troyer is the crew chief) and each building took less than a day to complete. They showed up at 730 and were cleaned up and gone by 430-500. The crew left the area clean and trash free. Will definitely order my next one through them as well next summer. Great job…

Luckily we had perfect weather for the build. The four guys worked together like a well oiled machine.
