Since February 2026, Tito has served as a Contractor Sales Specialist at Troyer Post Building, where he finds his greatest professional fulfillment in helping customers bring their projects to life. Whether he’s crunching numbers for a material takeoff or coordinating a complex delivery, Tito’s goal is simple: provide the reliable support his neighbors need to succeed.

One of Tito’s favorite aspects of working at Troyer is the company’s Tuesday morning Bible study and prayer meetings. These values mirror his own; Tito is deeply involved at Hope in Christ Fellowship and is passionate about coaching youth sports to mentor the next generation.

Tito’s journey to Troyer Post is diverse. He carries the discipline of a former maximum-security Correctional Officer and the resilience of a competitive athlete—having nearly reached the heights of professional baseball with a New York Mets tryout in 2002. Today, he applies that same focus and “team-first” mentality to every contractor he serves.
