Mike’s favorite memory at Troyer Post Buildings is from the Greenville location’s Grand Opening, where he and his coworkers spent an evening together after the event—sharing laughs and strengthening connections that made the team feel more like family.

Before joining Troyer’s, Mike built a meaningful career as a Professional Business Coach, helping others push beyond their perceived limits and turn their dreams into reality. That same passion for growth and empowerment continues to drive the way he serves customers today.

His favorite team is the Chicago Bears, and when it comes to travel, Mike says Alaska is his favorite place he’s visited. While not technically a country, its wild beauty and rich culture make it feel like one all its own.

Mike has an accomplished athletic background—after winning three State Championships in high school, he went on to play college basketball as a four-year starter, earning MVP honors his senior year, and later coached a team to a State Championship himself.

At home, Mike and his wife are passionate foodies who love discovering new local restaurants and hidden gems that turn every meal into an adventure. He also enjoys exploring the art of distilling, a hobby that blends his background in chemistry with creativity and patience to create something truly unique.
