Operations Manager
Hi, I’m Matt. I joined Troyer Post Buildings at the beginning of 2020 as part of the Navigation Team, focusing on managing operations. With a background in construction and post frame building, I strive to ensure an excellent customer experience through friendly team members, quality materials, and effective communication. Some of my favorite memories here include team-building days spent shooting skeet and trap. My time at Troyer has challenged me to grow as a leader, both in managing people and the business. Although I haven’t traveled abroad, I love exploring the western states like Montana, Wyoming, and Colorado. When I am not traveling west, I enjoy good coffee so I can often be found at local TN coffee shops with my wife or kids. In my free time, I enjoy gathering around a bonfire with family and friends and sharing great food and conversation, and I have a keen interest in welding and fabrication.

I love good coffee, so I can regularly be found at some of the local coffee shops enjoying a hot Breve with my wife or some of my kids.
A Cause That I’m Passionate About
Sitting around a bon fire with my family and friends ranks pretty high on my list. A lot of great food and conversation can be had in that setting.
A Hobby or Pastime of Mine
Welding and fabrication is an area of interest for me, I have always enjoyed coming up with an idea and then building it.
