Meet Lily Martian, our warm and welcoming Receptionist here at Troyer! Since joining our team, Lily has been dedicated to listening carefully to our customers, directing them to the right departments, and doing everything she can with a kind heart to help make their project goals a reality. She has quickly embraced the team culture, and her favorite memory so far is gathering together for the company Mother’s Day lunch—she especially loved the beautiful flower bouquets!

Outside the office, Lily just celebrated an exciting milestone: she’s a newlywed! She is a woman of many talents and interests who plays the violin, loves to sew, and enjoys a good book. When she wants to get outdoors, her favorite local spots are Meadow Creek Park and Cane Creek. Deeply passionate about her church and her beliefs, Lily brings a wonderful sense of compassion and care to everything she does at Troyer.
