Jadon

Jadon has been with Troyer Post since March 2023, he currently serves as the lead loader and overseeing quality assurance. One of the highlights of his time at Troyer Post has been the team-building outings, such as bowling and skeet shooting, which have been a lot of fun.

Last summer, Jadon had the opportunity to join a team trip to Reynosa, Mexico, to visit a mission, which was a meaningful experience for him.
Outside of work, Jadon loves riding sports bikes, cruising with friends on backroads, and discovering new places to ride and explore.

In his role, Jadon is responsible for double-checking all the materials—lumber, metal, trim, and other components—after they are pulled, ensuring the customer receives exactly what they ordered.
