As a Senior Draftsman at Troyer Post Buildings, Eric transforms rough concepts from the sales team into detailed construction documents that guide each project from start to finish. His precision and creativity ensure every design is accurate, functional, and true to the customer’s vision.

One of Eric’s favorite parts of working at Troyer Post Buildings is burger day — a chance to relax, share laughs, and connect with the team. Since joining the company, he’s been proud to improve how project data flows between Sales and Drafting, increasing accuracy and efficiency to enhance the client experience.

Eric’s passion for design grew from a lifelong love of craftsmanship and problem-solving. From wood carving to carpentry, he’s always enjoyed creating beauty and understanding how things work — a mindset that naturally led him to architectural design.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys playing music with friends, attending live shows, and traveling to Costa Rica, where he loves spearfishing and soaking in the country’s rich culture and friendships. Locally, you’ll often find him at Bee Rock or Campfire Coffee in Jamestown. He and his wife stay active in their church and community, building meaningful relationships rooted in faith and connection.
