Donna joined Troyer Post Buildings in September 2025 as Financial Controller, where she helps guide the company’s financial health through careful budgeting, forecasting, and planning. Her attention to detail and commitment to accuracy ensure that every decision supports Troyer’s continued growth and success.

One of Donna’s most meaningful accomplishments has been working on the upcoming fiscal year’s budgets and forecasts — a project that reflects both her strategic mindset and her dedication to the company’s long-term vision.

When she’s not working with numbers, Donna enjoys cheering for the UT Vols and pursuing her passion for nature photography. She loves traveling across the country for photography workshops, capturing stunning landscapes and wildlife. One of her favorite trips was to Iceland, where she combined adventure and artistry during a photography workshop amid the country’s breathtaking scenery.

Donna is also deeply committed to giving back. She volunteered for five years with Hospice in Loudon County, an experience that strengthened her compassion and perspective on the importance of community care.

Whether she’s behind a camera lens or managing the company’s finances, Donna approaches everything she does with focus, creativity, and heart.
