We are proud to introduce Charles Colby Langford, who joined our team in November 2025 as a Project Manager for Barndos! Colby brings a deep sense of purpose to his work, taking pride in guiding homeowners through the building process to help them and their families achieve their dreams. For Colby, the highlight of the job is connecting with clients—he fondly remembers a memorable conversation with a homeowner who shared their family’s unique story of how they came to build with us. He firmly believes in the philosophy that “the customer is always right” and is dedicated to doing whatever is necessary to ensure their happiness.

Outside of work, Colby is a man of deep faith and strong roots. He is driven by his relationship with Jesus Christ and a lifelong mission of “getting people to heaven.” When he’s not managing projects, you can usually find him outdoors. He raises registered Angus cattle, loves hunting, and enjoys spending his free time exploring Dale Hollow Lake and Standing Stone State Park.

A passionate fan of the Kentucky Wildcats, Colby loves keeping things local—in fact, he’s never traveled out of the country and is perfectly happy enjoying the beautiful sights close to home.
