Alex
Since joining Troyer Post Buildings in August 2025, Alex has focused on helping families and landowners design and build barndominiums and farm structures that bring their vision to life. His role blends construction expertise with a personal touch, ensuring every customer feels confident and supported from start to finish.
What stands out most to Alex about his time at Troyer’s is the culture. It truly feels like a family — faith-driven people who care about each other and their customers. It’s refreshing to be part of a company where integrity and hard work go hand in hand.
Outside of work, Alex’s greatest accomplishments are being a husband and father. Those experiences have taught him patience, empathy, and leadership — values he carries into every part of his life and work. He treats every project like it’s his own, listening carefully, communicating clearly, and making sure customers walk away with more than they expected.
A lifelong Tennessee Vols and New York Yankees fan, Alex also enjoys life on the farm, where he’s always improving and fine-tuning everything from the layout to the landscaping. He’s known among friends and family for his skills on the smoker and loves cooking for others, seeing food as a way to build connection and community.
Alex is passionate about helping fatherless kids and those facing homelessness, inspired by the perspective fatherhood has given him. On weekends, he and his family can often be found visiting local greenhouses or sitting at Creekside Market, enjoying small-town life. For Alex, faith, family, and building things that last — both on the job and at home — are what matter most.
