Pole Barn Garages

This crew they sent to put up our pole barn are amazing! The entire process was super easy and fast considering how slow things can be concerning construction here in Tennessee! We are very happy we contacted them and they have been a pleasure to work with and economical as well.

I am so impressed with the job that the Troyer’s did on our barn build. It has been a long time since I have had such professionalism and a contractor focused on satisfying me, so I would receive exactly the quality their name has stood for. I had Johnathan Troyers crew, but he was not with them on my build. The young men were so good at their job they were a joy to watch. I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent job. I was referred to Troyer post buildings by a friend that had just had a building put up and at the time I was pricing out a red iron building , he had said what a painless experience it was and that I should give them a call . The gals that answer the phones were awesome and put me over to mark in the sales / design department. Mark was extremely helpful and had me a price right away which was nearly half of a red iron build ! Needless to say I signed the contract immediately. Time was also an issue as everyone knows how hard it is to get anything done during what we call the covid Era! Red iron was gonna be 6 months out minimum and mark promised a delivery date within about 30 to 45 days which my wife and I were thrilled with , materials showed up early if you can believe that ! Fast forward a mere week and Logan showed up with his amazing crew to begin construction. Watching those guys put up our building was an experience in itself , despite a couple bad weather days it could not have gone any smoother . They worked from dusk till dawn every day in less than ideal conditions without missing a beat . A couple minor hiccups with an entry door and a little bit of insulation that were handled immediately by mark and the crew with materials being delivered in both cases the next day with zero effect on the progression of the build . All and all the best experience of any major project I have commissioned. If you are in east Tennessee like we are or anywhere Troyer services we would highly recommend giving them a shot ! I am not a big review guy because I am in business for myself as well and so many people these days can’t wait to write a bad review whether it was warranted or not but rarely take the time to write a good one even if you saved them from a major headache that I have mixed feelings on the whole system we have become accustomed to today . Troyer / mark / Logan and crew / gals in the front answering the phones to all of you we thank you for an amazing experience and a beautiful finished product ! I wish I had the money and the need to build another one . Thank you all .

I needed some lumber to build a floor where I could put some luxury vinyl plank (LVP). They’re nice and friendly and can get you the stuff you need to do the job. So go see Jesse Puckett for all you wood needs.

Great experience overall. I ate lunch in my vehicle in order to experience the full heat of the day. The managers, Dan and Martin were both personable and hard working. The crew were dedicated and behaved like machines, unable to even consider resting for a moment. The owner of the business is known for his integrity and generosity. I highly recommend this business.

Can’t say enough great things about this team. Prompt, professional, flexible, and fast. Built pictured barn in three days. They have built several of our barns, because they are the best. No other building contractor has performed to level of work these guys. Highly recommend and thank you.

The Troyer team is a first class operation. They have lots of building choices, fair prices and do good work. They built a 30x50x14 pole barn for me. It took them 4 days to build it. They started sooner than expected, were very respectful of my property and did what they said they would do. From the person who does the quoting, sends the contract, delivers the materials, does the site inspection to the guys that build they were all great. I highly recommend.

What a great experience! These guys did everything they said they would, correct and on time! The building materials are top quality and their install team is the best I have ever seen! They arrived at 7:15am as agreed and when they left at 4pm my 30 x 40 building was complete.

They were very professional with their quote gave a good delivery and start date. Everyone from the salesman, delivery driver and construction crew was on time and knowledgeable. Overall very pleased with the experience and price was reasonable. Would do again if I need another building.
