I have ordered 2 buildings in the past 3 months from Troyer Buildings. The first was a 30×30 3 sides enclosed. the experience from start to finish was awesome. The only small issue was when the materials got delivered there was a little damage to the metal but they replaced the metal no questions asked and no additional charge. The second was a 36×48 enclosed with 2 12×12 openings. Again a great experience all the way through. Everyone from the receptionist, the people who draw up the plans, and the crews do an outstanding job and are very easy to work with. We had foundation issues on our end and had to reschedule the materials delivery twice. Troyer had no problems and worked with us to get everything back on track. Both buildings were put up by the same crew (Jonathan Troyer is the crew chief) and each building took less than a day to complete. They showed up at 730 and were cleaned up and gone by 430-500. The crew left the area clean and trash free. Will definitely order my next one through them as well next summer. Great job…

Troyer built a hay barn for me that I am very pleased with. From the outset of the first contact with them to the final finished product they were very professional keeping me updated as to delivery of materials, labor and any other changes that had to be made. Troyer Post Buildings was easy to work with from quoting to job completion. They showed up as promised, put up a shelter over an existing structure, and did an excellent job. Even with materials costs skyrocketing, they provided a quality structure for a good price. I received great value for money spent.

This crew they sent to put up our pole barn are amazing! The entire process was super easy and fast considering how slow things can be concerning construction here in Tennessee! We are very happy we contacted them and they have been a pleasure to work with and economical as well.

Jason was awesome and a big help with my order. And the guy helping me load even cut a couple posts down for me so they could fit on my truck. Prices were very good. I’ll be giving them more business in the future.

Great experience with all the folks at Troyer from the first call to completion everyone i spoke with was professional and easy to work with. You travelled two and a half hours and put up my 30×60 roof and gables . Man this place is awsome, every time I deliver here, wether I’m tarped or not these guys get me in and out really fast, one of the best places we deliver.

I was told I wouldn’t be dissatisfied with the Troyer post building and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the whole process. Our building had a specific start date and was finished early. Nathan and his crew were extremely polite and hard working. Thank you to the Troyer team!! Zero complaints.

THEY HAVE THE BEST BUILT BUILDINGS ON THE MARKET. I ORDERED A BUILDING FROM THEM IT PASSED ALL INSPECTIONS AND ITS NICE. If you need a building thats the place to go.
