Troyer was recommended to me, and I am very appreciative of the recommendation! I called them, told them what I wanted, they placed the order and within a few of days from delivery my beautiful building was completed. I later asked them for recommendations for other work such as garage doors and they sent me a list of folks or businesses for just about everything you need to complete the rest of my building. I would definitely recommend Troyer Post Buildings to anyone! The buildings are high quality and affordable and the company has the best customer service I have ever dealt with!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Everything was handled so professionally. They gave me a time for material delivery and start time on installation the building. Everything was as they said with no delays. The crew was awesome. No issues. When the crew left the job site you could not tell they had been there except a new barn was built. No trash left anywhere. It’s was a pleasure to work with a company like this.

We could not be happier with the end result of what we contracted Troyer to build for us. The communication on the front end all the way through the project was timely and very detailed. We have had several buildings put in by Troyer Post Buildings and all have been very well and professionally done. Johnny Troyer and his crew installed a 60 x 84 a few years ago which has been a great addition to our small farm. Recently their crews installed a 40 x 60 pole building for our livestock and a 20×24 hay shed.

WOW!! I’m so impressed with Troyer Post Buildings!! From the first day I called for a quote to the day they pulled out off the driveway after completing the building. The crew that put the building up showed up everyday at daylight and work their butts off till at least 6 pm. They couldn’t have been out of their twenties and had it up in 3 1/2 days. And this is no small building 50×30 and 18 feet to the rafters. It was an absolute pleasure and a blessing to deal with Troyer Post Buildings.

Great experience overall. I ate lunch in my vehicle in order to experience the full heat of the day. The managers, Dan and Martin were both personable and hard working. The crew were dedicated and behaved like machines, unable to even consider resting for a moment. The owner of the business is known for his integrity and generosity. The Troyer team is a first class operation. They have lots of building choices, fair prices and do good work. They built a 30x50x14 pole barn for me. It took them 4 days to build it. They started sooner than expected, were very respectful of my property and did what they said they would do. From the person who does the quoting, sends the contract, delivers the materials, does the site inspection to the guys that build they were all great. I highly recommend.

I was referred to Troyer post buildings by a friend that had just had a building put up and at the time I was pricing out a red iron building , he had said what a painless experience it was and that I should give them a call . The gals that answer the phones were awesome and put me over to mark in the sales / design department. Mark was extremely helpful and had me a price right away which was nearly half of a red iron build ! Needless to say I signed the contract immediately. Time was also an issue as everyone knows how hard it is to get anything done during what we call the covid Era! Red iron was gonna be 6 months out minimum and mark promised a delivery date within about 30 to 45 days which my wife and I were thrilled with , materials showed up early if you can believe that ! Fast forward a mere week and Logan showed up with his amazing crew to begin construction. Watching those guys put up our building was an experience in itself , despite a couple bad weather days it could not have gone any smoother . They worked from dusk till dawn every day in less than ideal conditions without missing a beat . A couple minor hiccups with an entry door and a little bit of insulation that were handled immediately by mark and the crew with materials being delivered in both cases the next day with zero effect on the progression of the build . All and all the best experience of any major project I have commissioned. If you are in east Tennessee like we are or anywhere Troyer services we would highly recommend giving them a shot ! I am not a big review guy because I am in business for myself as well and so many people these days can’t wait to write a bad review whether it was warranted or not but rarely take the time to write a good one even if you saved them from a major headache that I have mixed feelings on the whole system we have become accustomed to today . Troyer / mark / Logan and crew / gals in the front answering the phones to all of you we thank you for an amazing experience and a beautiful finished product ! I wish I had the money and the need to build another one . Thank you all .

I would like to thank the team at Troyer Post Buildings, from the first time I walked in and all through the building process and delivery of the materials for being very professional. Hank was my salesperson and helped me with designing and the purchase of our polebarn. I would also like to thank the team from Top Notch Builders who did an excellent job of building the polebarn in 2 days. Very professional builders who did a fine job of cleaning up the construction site once they were finished. I would highly recommend Troyer if you are looking for a quality building.
