The Franklin
Get Started
The Franklin is both spacious and elegant. It has a 10’ wide rustic timber framed porch running the entire length of the front. Additionally, it has a two-vehicle carport on one end, with a mud room and half bath just inside the door. The master suite, kitchen, and remainder of the house also exhibit spacious traits, including a large master bath and closet, pantry, and separate laundry room. In addition to the two bedrooms, the Franklin also has a roomy office with a window to the front porch, allowing natural light to flood the space. Having a small closet, the office space could be utilized as a third bedroom if desired.

Everything was as they said with no delays. The crew was awesome. No issues. When the crew left the job site you could not tell they had been there except a new barn was built. WOW!! I’m so impressed with Troyer Post Buildings!! From the first day I called for a quote to the day they pulled out off the driveway after completing the building. The crew that put the building up showed up everyday at daylight and work their butts off till at least 6 pm. They couldn’t have been out of their twenties and had it up in 3 1/2 days. And this is no small building 50×30 and 18 feet to the rafters. It was an absolute pleasure and a blessing to deal with Troyer Post Buildings.
