I have ordered 2 buildings in the past 3 months from Troyer Buildings. The first was a 30×30 3 sides enclosed. the experience from start to finish was awesome. The only small issue was when the materials got delivered there was a little damage to the metal but they replaced the metal no questions asked and no additional charge. The second was a 36×48 enclosed with 2 12×12 openings. Again a great experience all the way through. Everyone from the receptionist, the people who draw up the plans, and the crews do an outstanding job and are very easy to work with. We had foundation issues on our end and had to reschedule the materials delivery twice. Troyer had no problems and worked with us to get everything back on track. Both buildings were put up by the same crew (Jonathan Troyer is the crew chief) and each building took less than a day to complete. They showed up at 730 and were cleaned up and gone by 430-500. The crew left the area clean and trash free. Will definitely order my next one through them as well next summer. Great job…

Man this place is awsome, every time I deliver here, wether I’m tarped or not these guys get me in and out really fast, one of the best places we deliver.

We could not be happier with the end result of what we contracted Troyer to build for us. The communication on the front end all the way through the project was timely and very detailed. This is an excellent and very reputable company. They built a 40’x80’ shop for me and I have zero complaints. The crew they sent to build the building were very knowledgeable and were able to work my needs into the building. I highly recommend this company.

The builders were very nice, polite, punctual, and did a really job on the building. Communication was good as well. It was built in a timely manner.

The Troyer team did an excellent job! From their sales process and design tools, to the delivery team and builders, we were very happy with all interactions. Our barn is very well built and the construction team did an excellent job making sure everything was level and built with high standards. They also left a very clean job site.
