Our Team
Troyer-Approved Independent Builders
Walter leads his crew in Eastern Tennessee, where they take pride in staying organized, responsible, and keeping great communication with customers throughout every project. Family means a lot to Walter—he works hard to raise his kids right and brings those same values to his team.
Last year, his crew built around 70 houses without a single issue, thanks to their dedication and teamwork.
Having worked with Troyer Post since 2014, Jonathan serves as an independent contractor. In this role, he ensures the quality of Troyer projects is extremely high and his team is happy, safe, and excited about each build. Jonathan is an avid sports fan who currently resides in Muddy Pond, Tennessee. He is engaged to be married this coming June!
Following a prayer-filled move from California to Tennessee, Robert joined the Troyer Post team five years ago. As a crew leader, he works daily to improve the quality of each project and encourages, supports, and empowers his team along the way. When Robert and his wife (who he met in San Ignacio, Belize) aren’t busy parenting their four children, they spend their time traveling (whispers – or planning the next trip).
Ryan joined the Troyer team in 2015 and has been crushing it ever since! He handles the heavy lifting of on-site barn building and is passionate about making each project the best it can be in Middle Tennessee. Ryan lives in Monterey, Tennessee with his wife and their three children.

Brian Frantz joined Troyer Post Buildings in January 2024, bringing with him a commitment to excellence that defines his work. His crew is known for their respectful customer interactions, immaculate work-sites, and unwavering adherence to the highest building standards.
In 2017, Brian relocated from the Dayton, Ohio area to Dunlap, Tennessee as part of a church planting initiative. This move has proven to be deeply rewarding, allowing him to forge meaningful connections within the local community and gain appreciation for the region’s unique culture. Brian looks forward to continuing his service to the Dunlap area for many years to come.
Devon’s crew has been part of the Troyer Post Buildings family since February 2020. They take pride in treating every barn and barndominium as if it were their own, making sure each build gets the attention it deserves.
Originally from Montana, Devon grew up learning the trade from his dad and now carries on the fourth generation of builders in his family—following in the footsteps of his father and grandparents before him.
Dalton has been with Troyer Post Buildings since the summer of 2021. He and his crew take pride in going over every detail with customers and delivering their best work on every project.
He feels blessed to build these structures every day and is grateful for the opportunity the Lord has given him to grow and show his faith through his work. Dalton’s crew serves the Middle Tennessee area.
Jacob has been part of the Troyer Post Buildings team for five years, leading his crew with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. His team takes time to go over every detail with each customer before leaving the job site to make sure everything is just right.
Born and raised in a close-knit Mennonite community in rural Tennessee, Jacob still calls it home. He attends Cumberland Fellowship Church and enjoys welcoming new members to the area.
One of his proudest accomplishments is building beautiful barndominiums with his crew—helping families create a place they’re proud to call home.
