Dalton

Dalton has been with Troyer Post Buildings since April 2024, as the HR Director. A proud UT Vols fan, one of his favorite memories so far has been the most recent 4th of July celebration with the team.
One of Dalton’s most meaningful accomplishments at Troyer Post has been assisting in the growth of the business by bringing in top talent who also fit the company’s culture.

Outside of work, Dalton is a former USS Strongman Nationals competitor. Although he is currently taking a hiatus from competing at the national level, he continues to train regularly and coaches other Strongman athletes in the area.

He enjoys spending time at Long Road Cafe and remains passionate about strength sports.
In his role, Dalton strives to create an exceptional employee experience so that team members can focus on developing and delivering a great product for the customer, without being distracted by workplace issues.
