Meet Hank Phillips, the General Manager of our Greeneville location. Approaching his five-year anniversary with the company, Hank considers taking on the role of Greeneville GM to be his greatest professional accomplishment.

Hank is a dedicated leader who believes in the power of connection. He actively pours into his team to ensure they understand the importance of clear communication and exceptional customer care. When working directly with customers, he always approaches situations with an open mind, making sure they know their concerns are truly heard and understood. For Hank, a standout moment in his career was the grand opening of the Greeneville location. Seeing his son cut the ceremonial ribbon, feeling the outpouring of support from his family and the community, and finally putting faces to the names of past customers reinforced the incredible impact our business has.

Outside of work, Hank’s greatest personal milestone is marrying his wife and best friend. Though he was once a Tennessee state champion cyclist, these days he trades competitive sports for quality time spent playing and making memories with his children. He is also an avid learner who enjoys working out and expanding his knowledge through books on health, nutrition, sales, and management.

Hank and his family are currently having fun exploring the area to find their favorite local spots, and he holds onto a dream of one day visiting Switzerland. Above all, Hank is guided by his faith and a strong desire to give back. He is passionate about sharing the gifts Christ has given him by providing financial assistance to underprivileged families, especially during the holiday season.
