Brian

Brian Melton brings a fresh perspective, a hunger for learning, and a deep sense of dedication to our Barndominium Sales team. After making a major career pivot from high school English teaching, Brian joined us eager to grow, and he remains incredibly grateful to the company for taking a chance on him. True to his drive, he has fully immersed himself in the industry, absorbing a tremendous amount of knowledge since day one and constantly expanding his expertise to better serve his clients.

In his sales role, Brian’s approach is defined by empathy and genuine respect. He guides every customer interaction with a simple, powerful philosophy: “I just try to treat people the way I would want them to treat the people I love.” This golden-rule mindset ensures that everyone he works with feels truly valued, heard, and supported throughout their building journey.

Outside of the office, Brian’s greatest personal pride is being a dedicated husband and father. He is also an exceptionally talented craftsman—specifically, an internationally recognized sculptural woodcarver. When he isn’t transforming wood into stunning art, Brian loves spending time in nature, with the scenic trails of Colditz Cove being one of his absolute favorite local escapes. Looking to the future, he hopes to bring his appreciation for natural beauty across the pond to explore the historic landscapes of Ireland.
