Troyer Post Buildings LLC aims to provide the best customer experience. As part of this, you are eligible for a Limited Extended Warranty, which requires Troyer Post Buildings Construction LLC to repair specific damages to your Pole Barn under the terms below.
Please Take Notice: TROYER POST BUILDINGS, LLC (“TROYER POST”) IS NOT YOUR CONTRACTOR OR BUILDER AND, AS SUCH, TROYER POST HAS NO OBLIGATION TO OFFER ANY REPAIRS OR WARRANTIES.
Warranty Provider
Troyer Post Buildings Construction, LLC (“Troyer Post Construction”) provides the services covered by this Limited Extended Service Warranty as outlined below. While your purchase may also include a manufacturer’s warranty, this warranty may apply if the manufacturer’s warranty does not cover your claim. Troyer Post Construction is committed to assisting you with any eligible future warranty claims, provided the following conditions are met:
Who is Covered?
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Pole Barn Package and cannot be transferred. If a manufacturer warranty exists, you must provide all necessary documentation to Troyer Post Construction for this warranty to apply.
Services Covered
This warranty covers all Workmanship, as outlined below, purchased after September 1, 2024 (may be revised or amended). To be covered by this Warranty, the Pole Barn must be located on the same slab or on the exact location as the original build and may have no attached structures or additions. The covered Pole Barn must be as it existed at the time construction was completed.
Services Not Covered
This warranty does not cover any products or services sold, fabricated, delivered, assembled, constructed, or installed by anyone other than Troyer Post or the original builder/contractor associated with the Pole Barn.
Specific Exclusions
The warranty does not apply to:
- Non-level or unstable surface areas
- Pole Barns moved from their original location.
- Damage or loss from inadequate maintenance, fires, additional construction or remodeling-related events, overheating accidents, chemicals, exposure to the elements, neglect, misuse, or vandalism.
- Damage caused by misuse or wear from everyday use (including, but not limited to, burns, scratches, chips, cracks, impact damage, discoloration, fading, water spots, or staining.)
- Variations in color or pattern or defects that were visible at the time of construction.
- Any loss or damages from inability to use any structure or materials, real or personal property.
- Component parts or any product(s) or materials that were not originally purchased from Troyer Post and constructed, built, or installed by the original contractor/builder.
- All costs arising from routine maintenance, including the replacement of any parts in this maintenance.
- Any building or component being used as a residence/dwelling for any period of time.
Applicable Warranty
Troyer Post offers a 5-Year Limited Extended Warranty for defects in workmanship and construction or building, if the Pole Barn is used under normal conditions and care. Repairs or replacements are made at Troyer Post Construction’s discretion with materials of comparable value.
If your Troyer Post Building Pole Barn Package experiences a defect, malfunction, or construction failure that is covered under this warranty, Troyer Post Construction will address the issue at no cost to you. The resolution may involve repairing or replacing the affected building or construction materials, with products of similar or equivalent quality. All decisions regarding repairs or replacements, including the selection of materials, will be made at the sole discretion of Troyer Post Construction.
Duration of Warranty
The warranty begins on the date of purchase or installation, whichever comes first. Claims must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the defect, and defects outside the 5-year period are not covered. This warranty is limited to the following durrations:
This Warranty extended 5-Years from date of invoice.
All warranties provided under this Limited Extended Warranty end when the Pole Barn or property is transferred to a new owner, whether by sale or possession.
Troyer Post does not provide any implied warranties, like those of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose, unless required by law. If any implied warranties are required by law, they are limited to the same time period as the expressed warranties outlined in this section.
Specifics for Repairs
Troyer Post Construction will review each claim and decide whether or not/ how to repair and resolve the issue, provide materials, or replace with similar products of equal value. All repair choices are made solely by Troyer Post Construction.
Please note: Troyer Post Building or its suppliers may stop making certain products, materials, or parts at any time. If a product or part is no longer available, we’ll do our best to replace it with a comparable or equally valued item from our current vendors. All replacement decisions are made by Troyer Post Construction. If no suitable replacement is available, the best possible solution within reasonable means will be found.
What Invalidates the Warranty?
This warranty becomes invalid if:
- The pole barn or parts are moved from their original location
- Repairs or re-installations are attempted by others
- Damage occurs from normal wear, handling, improper maintenance, accidents, misuse, site conditions, changes to the building, or natural events
Important: If anyone other than Troyer Post Construction or an approved agent by Troyer Post (in writing) makes repairs or modifications, this warranty is void.
No other Warranties
This Limited Extended Warranty is the only service warranty provided by Troyer Post and supplements any other warranties, whether express or implied. Product descriptions in Troyer Post or manufacturer materials are for general reference only and are not guarantees or express warranties. Any technical advice provided by Troyer Post is offered without liability
Disclaimer of Implied Warranties:
Except for the express warranty provided, Troyer Post does not make any other warranties regarding product performance. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement, as permitted by law. If the product or material is not manufactured by Troyer Post, any warranty or service is provided by the original manufacturer, not Troyer Post.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To report a defect, follow these steps:
STEP 1: Email Sales@troyerpost.com with:
- Photos of the defected product/material
- A written description of the issue
- Details on anything that might have caused it
- Name of the product/components
- Product dimensions
- Your name
- Proof of purchase

Include your email or mailing address so our customer service team can contact you. If your claim meets the warranty requirements, they will provide further instructions. Claims are only accepted with prior written approval from Troyer Post.
STEP 2: Once authorized, provide the property address and location of the product, along with any other details requested.
STEP 3: Follow the instructions from customer service and keep a copy of the authorization. Claims without the original invoice may be denied.
How Soon Will Repairs Take Place?
Troyer Post Construction will work hard to complete warranty repairs within standard shipping times and current service capacity. However, this Service Warranty does not guarantee a specific timeline for repairs unless we agree to it in writing beforehand. While we aim to repair your Troyer Post Pole Barn(s) promptly, please be aware that high demand or conditions beyond our control may cause temporary delays. All services will be performed as reasonably soon as possible based on each claim’s unique circumstances.
Does the Customer Cover Any Costs?
Under this Limited Extended Service Warranty, Troyer Post Construction will only handle functional repairs to the original building package. The original purchaser is responsible for all other expenses, which may include:
- Labor charges for service, removal, or repair of any product/material or any component part;
- Shipping, delivery, handling, and administrative charges for the replacement product or material or the replacement part(s) from the nearest manufacturer or distributor and returning the claimed defective product or part to such manufacturer or distributor; and
- All necessary or incidental costs for any materials required of the replacement product/material or replacement part(s).
At Troyer Post Building, our goal is to provide Pole Barn Packages of exceptional quality to our clients with unsurpassed service. While we cannot warrant products or materials against normal use, wear and tear, or abuse, among other things, we pride ourselves in handling all true building/construction and installation defects swiftly and fairly.
Warranty Service provided by Troyer Post Buildings Construction LLC
